ADCOLE Model 1100 is intentionally developed to measure cylindrical engine components such as camshafts, crankshafts and pistons fast and accurately. This economical gaging system handles a wide variety of part lengths and configurations. Whether it is to be placed in a controlled environment or conveniently located out on the shop floor, the Model 1100 is well suited. Utilizing the latest technology in motion controls, signal processing and glass scale technology, this gage is designed to be rugged, fast, versatile and accurate.

Measured results are displayed on the screen and can be printed or plotted in a customized, easy to interpret form or output as file to a network PC. The part tolerance check automatically determines all tolerance deviations of the part and shows the result as GO or NOGO.
